Join us for a welcoming, accessible yoga series focused on gentle movement, maintaining strength and mobility, and using breath as a tool for overall well-being. This class is designed for beginners, with thoughtful modifications and props offered to support a wide range of abilities.
Long-time practitioners are also encouraged to attend—come enjoy a refresh and explore a system of alignment principles that can support your practice for years to come.
Instructor:
Hilary Kellner-Davis (15 years teaching experience)
Hilary emphasizes body mechanics and alignment principles to support a heartfelt, liberating yoga practice. She encourages the use of blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters to help students access growth and discover possibility at the edge of limitation.

What to Bring:
Yoga mats (6 mats and some props will be available)
