Accessible for beginner students with modifications offered and props introduced to support varying levels of ability. Are you a long-time practitioner? Join us for a refresh and learn about a system of alignment principles that may support your practice for years to come. Taught by Hilary Kellner-Davis at the Hector Library and Fire Hall.\n\nThere will be 6 yoga mats and a few extra props available for anyone who doesn’t have their own.\nPlease bring a blanket and blocks if you have them to make your practice more comfortable!\n\nHilary Bio:\nHilary Kellner-Davis has been teaching yoga for 15 years. She emphasizes the use of body mechanics and alignment principles to support a heartfelt liberating practice. Hilary encourages the use of blocks\, blankets\, straps and bolsters to access growth and to remember that on the edge of limitation lies possibility.
