Held on Feb 18th and 25th\, March 4th\, 11th\, 18th and 25 from 11 AM – 12 PM \nBased on the 16 Longevity Exercises created in the 1930s by Chinese medicine doctor Wang Ji Wu\, this practice blends simple movements\, breathing\, and mindful intention to help “clean” and open all the joints of the body. \nThese exercises are traditionally used for rehabilitation\, sports therapy\, and everyday wellness. They are easy to learn\, accessible to all ages\, and can be practiced standing or seated. \nIn each class\, we’ll focus on: \nImproving mobility\, balance\, and circulation\nGentle stretching and releasing tension\nCoordinated\, flowing movements\nPersonalized guidance for every participant \nAll levels welcome.
