Qigong- Longevity Movement Class
January 7, 2026 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join Steve and Anne for a gentle, 45-minute movement class designed to support whole-body health, flexibility, and ease. Held on Jan 7, 14, 21, 28 & Feb 4 from 11 AM – 12 PM
Based on the 16 Longevity Exercises created in the 1930s by Chinese medicine doctor Wang Ji Wu, this practice blends simple movements, breathing, and mindful intention to help “clean” and open all the joints of the body.
These exercises are traditionally used for rehabilitation, sports therapy, and everyday wellness. They are easy to learn, accessible to all ages, and can be practiced standing or seated.
In each class, we’ll focus on:
- Improving mobility, balance, and circulation
- Gentle stretching and releasing tension
- Coordinated, flowing movements
- Personalized guidance for every participant
All levels welcome. Move at your own pace.
